Are you a seasoned technical sales professional in the Oil & Energy industry ready to drive growth and make a significant impact? Blaze Sales and Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Odessa, TX!

As a Full-Time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales and business development efforts, building key customer relationships, and boosting profitability in the Oil & Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving new business opportunities and sales volumes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Collaborating with technical and operations teams.
  • Providing input for product development based on market needs.
  • Managing customer-facing projects and value propositions.
  • Analyzing market trends and sales performance data.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of technical sales experience in the petroleum or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of petroleum products, services, and industry practices.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial modeling is a plus.
