Needle Valves
Needle valves supplied by BSS are simple and easily adjustable gland retainer for maximum packing stability and better performance. We are offering 10k and 15k needle valves.
- Bubble tight Shut-off.
- Rolled Stem threads for smooth acting, strength and long life.
- Packing below stem threads: Prevents lubricant washout, threads corrosion, and keeps solids from entering the thread area, which can cause galling. It also prevents contamination.
- Mirror finished stem enables smooth stem operation and extended packing life.

Ball Valves
Maximum safety and environmental protection are the driving factors in Ball Valves, achieved through corrosion-resistant materials, fire-safe testing, blowout-proof stems and tight shut-off features.

Check Valves
Check Valves supplied by Blaze are designed to prevent loss of media caused by failed connections and for uni-directional flow control of fluids in chemical processing, power generation, oil and gas industries.
- Every Valve is factory tested for cracking and reseal performance
- All Check Valves have a standard working pressure of 6000psi
- Heat Code Traceability
- Variety of End connections includes NPT, BSPP, BSPT, Metric and Tube Ends
- Maximum working pressure of 10000psi is available upon request
- Every Valve is tested for both, crack and reseal
Choice of cracking pressure from 1/3 to 25psig
Fittings & Connectors
To ensure a leak-tight seal, BSS recommends the use of a pipe thread sealant on all NPT threads. The most effective sealing method is PTFE tape.

Block & Bleed Valves
These valves by BSS have been evolved to encompass the function of chemical injection (using a suitable quill) and sampling purposes. In built check valves are often integrated in these valves.
- Can be used for double block and bleed instrumentation isolation
- Manufactured and designed in accordance with all recognized standards including – EEMUA 183, API 6D, ISO 17292, ASME B 16.34
- Ball Vavles available in Trunnion and floating ball options
- OS & Y Globe Type and Needle Valve variants available
- Special designs include: Injection, Sampling and other custom options
- Tested to low emission standards of the industry
Tube Fittings
Tube fittings are supplied finger tight and ready for immediate use. Their disassembly is not necessary
for installation. BSS twin ferrule tube fittings perform best when good quality tubing is used. Tubing should be considered a fitting component.
- Straight fittings are manufactured from Bar stock and shaped fittings are manufactured from forgings.
- Every fitting is marked with Manufacturer’s name, Size, Material and heat code for traceability
- Excellent leak-free sealing integrity on heavy vibration, vacuum and impulse.
- Case hardened back ferrules for additional strength.
- Female nut threads are silver plated to reduce friction against the body threads and avoid galling.
