1502 TRASh/ PLUG/ DEBRIS CATCHER

BLAZE is adequately equipped to supply wide range of trash catcher or plug catcher or debris catcher manifold as per API 6A standards. With customizable options our plug catchers/ trash catcher are rated for 10,000 or 15,000 CWP. Depending on your requirements we can use different styles of crossovers and pup joints to get the solution you need. We test every one of our plug catchers at time and a half CWP before they ship.

Debris Catcher has the capability of continuous debris removal without shutting down flow back of drilling operations. It can capture frac sand and formation solids, and can be used as work-over to capture drill out solids, such as cement retainer, bridge plug, and cement solids.

This tool can identify and measure unwanted solids and with the use of manifolds, flow control of the well can also be done.

APPLICATIONS

• Removal and cleanup on horizontal-multilateral completions and work-overs, drill-outs of completion tools (i.e. bridge plugs, hydraulic packer systems, etc.)
• Liquid or solid waste spillage contained in catcher-lifting skid, which makes it environmentally compliant.
• Flow design captures debris inside engineered screen (screen flow rate and particle size can be selected via screen size variation to remove all sizes of solids) which allows easy solid break out.
• Eliminates a drilling blind operation by providing a safe sampling location during continuous operation versus rig tank or test unit.
• Liquid or solid waste spillage is contained in catcher-lifting skid.
