The Flowline Cross, 3" FIG 1502 featuring three Male (Wing) ends, one Female (Thread) end, and an integrated 9/16" Autoclave Port, is a massive, highly specialized, ultra-heavy-duty forged steel manifold component. Engineered for extreme-volume 15,000 PSI operations, this vital large-bore fitting allows field operators to efficiently branch a 3-inch flowline into three directions, or converge three massive lines into one, while simultaneously providing direct, high-pressure instrumentation access.

This cross features a highly specific MxMxMxF (3 Male x 1 Female) primary configuration. Three of the main ports are equipped with standard heavy-duty, large-bore male wing configurations complete with wingnuts, allowing for fast, secure hammer-up installation directly into existing female equipment. The fourth main port features a precision-machined female thread (sub) connection designed to safely seat a standard 3-inch 1502 male wing profile.

Crucially, this model is equipped with a precision-machined 9/16" Autoclave port. This dedicated high-pressure instrumentation port allows operators to safely install pressure gauges, sensors, pressure transducers, or bleed-off valves directly into the massive body of the cross. By incorporating this gauge port directly into the four-way manifold, operators can achieve real-time pressure monitoring and data acquisition (DAQ) without the need to rig up additional dedicated gauge subs or spacer spools. This significantly reduces the overall rig-up footprint, minimizes potential leak paths, and streamlines the high-pressure pumping system.

Features & Benefits

  • Integrated 9/16" Autoclave Port: Safely accommodates high-pressure gauges, sensors, or bleed valves directly on the cross body, eliminating the need for separate gauge subs in large-bore systems.

  • Four-Way Flow Distribution: Efficiently splits or combines extreme-volume, high-pressure fluid streams across four intersecting ports, offering immense flexibility for complex, monitored rig-ups.

  • MxMxMxF Configuration: Features three male (wing) ports and one female (thread/sub) port, allowing for seamless integration into specifically engineered piping layouts.

  • Full 15K CWP Capacity: Maintains an uninterrupted high-pressure rating of 15,000 PSI (15K CWP) across the entire fitting, built for extreme oilfield environments.

  • Reduced Leak Paths: Single-piece integral forged construction drastically lowers operational risk by eliminating the hazardous need to stack multiple tee blocks and gauge adapters.

Applications

This 3-inch Instrumented Flowline Cross is widely used in high-pressure, high-volume surface operations requiring both complex fluid distribution and real-time pressure monitoring. Typical applications include building massive frac manifolds, data acquisition (DAQ) points, high-rate well testing packages, choke and kill manifolds, large-bore pump discharge headers, and fluid routing operations where inline gauges or bleed valves are mandatory.

Quality Assurance

All our flowline crosses are manufactured from premium forged alloy steel and subjected to strict quality control processes. Each fitting undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hydrostatic pressure testing prior to shipment to ensure absolute safety, shell integrity, and seal performance under maximum working loads. Full material traceability is available to guarantee compliance with API guidelines.
