Quantité

The Flowline Cross, 3" FIG 206 featuring three Female (Thread) ends and one Male (Wing) end, is a heavy-duty fabricated four-way manifold component engineered to safely distribute, combine, or divert fluids within 2,000 PSI low-pressure systems. Utilizing a highly durable Butt Welded Schedule XH (Extra Heavy) pipe construction, this large-bore fitting allows field operators to efficiently branch a single 3-inch fluid line into three distinct directions, or converge three lines into one, providing critical flexibility for high-volume mud and water transfer systems.

This specific cross features a specialized FxFxFxM (3 Female x 1 Male) configuration. Three ports are equipped with precision-machined female thread (sub) connections designed to safely seat standard 3-inch 206 male wing profiles. The fourth port features a standard low-pressure male wing configuration complete with a heavy-duty wingnut and the signature FIG 206 O-ring seal for fast, secure, and bubble-tight installation.

By utilizing a single butt-welded four-way cross fitting instead of stacking multiple threaded tees and pipe nipples, operators significantly reduce the overall rig-up footprint. The Butt Welded SCH XH construction provides superior structural integrity and minimizes potential leak paths, making it highly resilient against severe vibration and erosive wear commonly found in abrasive mud and slurry lines. The entire assembly is continuously rated for a 2,000 PSI cold working pressure (2K CWP).

Features & Benefits

  • Butt Welded SCH XH Construction: Fabricated using premium Schedule XH (Extra Heavy) pipe for superior structural integrity, vibration resistance, and longevity in large-volume abrasive fluid transfer.

  • Four-Way Flow Distribution: Efficiently splits or combines high-volume, low-pressure fluid streams across four intersecting large-bore ports.

  • FxFxFxM Configuration: Features three female (thread/sub) ports and one male (wing) port, allowing for seamless integration into specifically engineered low-pressure piping layouts.

  • O-Ring Sealed Profile: The FIG 206 male end incorporates a primary O-ring seal, ensuring reliable, leak-free fluid containment even in high-suction or low-pressure fluid transfer applications.

  • 2K Working Capacity: Maintains an uninterrupted pressure rating of 2,000 PSI, ideal for water, mud, and fluid return environments.

  • Reduced Leak Paths: Replacing hazardous "stacked" threaded nipples with a single butt-welded assembly drastically reduces potential failure points and lowers operational risk.
