The 3" x 3" 15,000 PSI 9-Valve Plug Catcher Manifold is a heavy-duty dual-chamber filtration unit designed to protect downstream production equipment by capturing and removing debris from the well stream. Engineered specifically for high-pressure flowback operations following hydraulic fracturing, this manifold effectively traps frac plugs, ball sealers, cement particles, and rock cuttings that could otherwise damage separators, line heaters, and valves.

The 9-valve configuration provides superior operational flexibility, allowing for a dedicated bypass line and two independent filtration chambers. This design enables operators to isolate one chamber for cleaning and screen inspection while maintaining continuous flow through the second chamber or the bypass. This ensures zero downtime during high-volume flowback.
