The 4" Figure 206 Male x Female (MxF) Ball Valve Assembly is a high-performance, quarter-turn isolation valve designed for efficient flow control in medium-pressure fluid handling applications. Rated for a Cold Working Pressure (CWP) of 2,000 PSI, this assembly is engineered to provide a reliable, bubble-tight seal in high-volume transfer lines, suction manifolds, and discharge systems where rapid connectivity and positive shut-off are paramount.
This complete assembly features integrated 4" Figure 206 hammer union ends, consisting of a Male sub on one end and a Female threaded hub with a heavy-duty wing nut on the other. The Figure 206 design is distinguished by its replaceable O-ring in the male sub, which ensures a secondary leak-proof seal even in applications involving high vibration or minor misalignment. The "MxF" configuration allows the valve to be installed directly into existing flowlines as a modular component, facilitating quick "hammer-up" assembly and disassembly without the need for additional adapters or flanges.
Manufactured from premium forged steel with a precision-machined stainless steel ball, this valve assembly offers a full-port internal diameter.
