This crucial adapter allows field operators to seamlessly transition from 3-inch 10,000 PSI (FIG 1002) piping systems to 2-inch 15,000 PSI (FIG 1502) flowline iron without compromising structural integrity or sealing performance.

In complex oilfield operations such as fracturing, cementing, and well testing, rig-ups often require mating equipment from different systems. This crossover eliminates the need for multiple fittings, reducing the overall footprint, minimizing potential leak paths, and ensuring a streamlined flow rate. The 3" FIG 1002 end features a female thread connection, while the 2" FIG 1502 end includes a male wing configuration complete with a heavy-duty wingnut for fast, hammer-up installation.

Note: While the 2" FIG 1502 connection is rated for 15,000 PSI, the overall working pressure of this crossover assembly is limited by the 3" FIG 1002 connection, resulting in a maximum system pressure rating of 10,000 PSI (10K CWP).
