The Crossover Adapter, 4" FIG 1002 Male (Wing) x 2" FIG 1502 Female (Thread), is a heavy-duty, forged steel flowline component engineered to safely and securely bridge the gap between dissimilar hammer union sizes and pressure ratings. This essential adapter allows field operators to seamlessly step down from large-bore 4-inch 10,000 PSI (FIG 1002) piping systems to standard 2-inch 15,000 PSI (FIG 1502) flowline iron without compromising structural integrity or sealing performance.

In complex oilfield operations such as fracturing, cementing, and well testing, rig-ups often require transitioning from high-volume trunk lines to smaller distribution manifolds. This crossover eliminates the need for stacking multiple swages and fittings to bridge the size and pressure gap, significantly reducing the overall footprint, minimizing potential leak paths, and ensuring a safer rig-up.

The 4" FIG 1002 end features a male wing configuration complete with a massive, heavy-duty wingnut for fast, hammer-up installation, while the 2" FIG 1502 end includes a precision-machined female thread (sub) connection.

Note: While the 2" FIG 1502 connection is nominally rated for 15,000 PSI, the overall working pressure of this crossover assembly is strictly limited by the 4" FIG 1002 connection, resulting in a maximum system pressure rating of 10,000 PSI (10K CWP).
