By combining the legendary wear protection of a standard cushion block with an optimized, weight-saving external geometry and the specific XF design profile, this fitting minimizes crew fatigue during manual rig-ups without sacrificing wall thickness or pressure containment.

In large-scale operations like high-rate hydraulic fracturing, high-volume cementing, and high-sand flowback, standard target elbows are famously dense, bulky, and difficult to maneuver. This lightweight XF version features precision-machined external profiles that strip away excess metal from non-pressurized zones. Internally, it retains the signature dual-chamber stagnation pockets.
